Test the Experience
Before anyone else lives your story, live it yourself - more than once, and on purpose trying to break it. Take the path you expect most readers to take, then deliberately take the path you're least sure about.
You're checking for a few specific things: does the Opening actually make you want to continue? Do your Rules hold even when you act against them? Does at least one ending feel earned rather than just reached? If a Protected Fact ever contradicts itself, that's the single most important thing to catch before anyone else sees it.
It's normal to revise your World or Rules after testing. Most Experiences get better specifically because the author played them and noticed where the world didn't yet feel true.
